WHY DOES PRP FAIL?
The success of PRP treatment depends not only on the centrifugation of the blood but also on the platelet concentration obtained.
Scientific publications state that the target platelet density (therapeutic threshold) for effective PRP treatment is approximately:

While low-quality PRP tubes often result in only platelet-poor plasma (PPP) or disable to separate red blood cells, the Highcell PRP system has been improved with a special tube geometry (hourglass design) that supports highly efficient platelet recovery rate (≥ %95-%98) and red blood cells removal.
